The traction beam pumping unit adopts the transmission design scheme of a low position traction long stroke pumping unit, which has the same application characteristics and the following characteristics:
1. No gearbox transmission, simple mechanism, no need for oil lubrication;
2. No crank connecting rod mechanism, achieving uniform speed operation and good motion characteristics;
3. The overall weight is only 18 tons, significantly reducing the weight;
4. Adopting electric sliding counterweight, installed on the rear side of the beam for easy adjustment; Moving the counterweight position can achieve the swing of the traveling beam, facilitating the adjustment of the traveling beam during well repair operations;
6. It can ensure that the pumping rod string is always in a tensile state, avoiding accelerated damage to the rod string under pressure;
7. Equipped with beam protection to prevent excessive swing angle of the beam;
8. The driving device has a small size, compact structure, and is easy to achieve safety protection.
